Popped in with my mum for a spot of lunch.... reasonably priced.... perfect size for lunch.... we both had steak and kidney pudding and chips..... we really enjoyed it... quick service...
We visited The Palladium for the 3rd time since it was opened, I would like to give it 4 stars but i find myself struggling. The food is good and reasonably affordable, however I wish to bring it to the attention of Management that they need to improve a great deal on cleanliness. When we arrived we chose a table which still had left over food and plates and curtlery that had not been cleared . The table was obviously dirty and needed cleaning. The things eventually got cleared when our food was being served since we ordered using the app while sitted. When we were saved the drinks some used coffee mugs were still left on the table until I asked a member of staff to move them. I would like to suggest that there should be staff there just to clear and clean tables only. And other staff to do the serving of meals. Just that little change can make a big difference to the whole service. Please do something before we all start driving to Bath for our meals like we have done for years. Don't take people for granted in Midsomer Norton. Thanks.
Went in for breakfast - the place is nicely decorated and much bigger than I expected. It wasn't particularly busy maybe a quarter full but the service was fast and friendly.There are lots of breakfast options including vegan and vegetarian. The breakfasts we had were well cooked and not greasy at all.Have not been in during the evening so don't know what it's like - but certainly for breakfast it's a good option to consider.
Went here yesterday with the family and met up with friends and had a wonderfull experience. We ordered on the app and the drinks and food were delivered in a speedy time and was really very nice. Staff were very polite and courteous. Well done, we will definately be returning. Thanks
Lovely place. Was a little bit unsure about what it would be like due to others opinions but it was actually really nice. Lovely interior, lots of seating. Upstairs and downstairs. Toilets, bar etc. Outside area too. Very quick efficient service due to the app on phone.
