The venue looked small from the outside but this is deceptive. It is surprisingly spacious. The service at the bar was efficient, the large breakfast incedible value for money, the choice of coffees excellent with unlimited refills. I was there for a men's gathering in an upper room area with a talk given and I would heartily recommend this venue for its facilitation.
Great place for a bite to eat friendly staff well worth a visit
This was my first Wetherspoon experience and I was impressed. The food was enjoyable (for the price, it was very good), the drinks were cheap and the venue itself was good. I'll definitely visit again
Waiting at bar tonight for a drink and people just moaning coz they had to wait. Then they moaned about there drink. The bar staff were extremely nice and friendly couldn't fault them. Perhaps if people treated the place with respect and not leave there dirty toiletries over the floor when there's a bin to there left then it wouldn't look dirty. There's no need for it would they leave there own home like that??? Not a grumble from me about the staff it was nice to see a pub open on new years day
Historic old cinema now restored to high Wetherspoon standard. Xmas menu now started, try the pigs in blankets dips. Lovely real log fire too. Fast grub, very competitive prices, free parking. What's not to like !!
