Horrendous. I have just had the misfortune to buy a property from Bishop and Co. I had to chase them to return every call, and worst thing of all was that the property was not empty (despite being promised that the skip load of rubbish would be gone) when the purchase was completed, and it was only cleared 3 weeks later, and this was after persistant daily chasing by me and my solicitor. Eventually the threat of legal action against the vendor who was also the estate agents father made them get it cleared. The electricity was cut off when the property was handed over too, meaning I had to pay their bill (which they are yet to even acknowledge, let alone repay). The one positive was the lack of selling skills and spin typically expected from an estate agent. When viewing I was told that they had no viewings lined up and they expected to find it a tough property to sell meaning I got a knock down price immediately. They were useless in all regards. Good luck should you be unlucky enough to deal with them.
