Avoid using this pharmacy! Totally unprofessional business and an absolute joke!!.....This business should be removed as being a suggested pharmacy to use by all medical professionals!Both the Website and door front state opening hours on Tuesday until 11pm after travelling a long distance to get to the pharmacy to get vital medicine for my daughter I arrive there at 8.10pm....Open sign on the door....rang the bell....knocked ....waited for some time .... but noone responded....after continuing this process for 10 minutes with still no response, then I see a very small and unclear post-it note .....on closer inspection it said On a break until 10pm ITS 8.10pm!!!! Total Joke! Dont waste your time going near the place!
An awful place. The pharmacist is dismissive and rude. And the shop part is tiny and overpriced.
A terrible place. The pharmacist is nice to start with, especially when he wants to sell you something. But in truth, he is dismissive, arrogant and sometimes downright rude. When they mess something up, which they will, you will see this man''s true colours. I am an elderly disabled man, and today I watched a member off staff mock a nice old lady, behind her back of course, he shook his head, and rolled his eyes over what she was saying, as she filled out her prescription note. Very unprofessional and rude. There have been too many mistakes made, never with an adequate apology, too much arrogant rudeness from the so-called "pharmacist" for me to continue with this place. I am going elsewhere in future, I suggest you do the same and save yourself a lot of problems.
As long as Abdul or Julie are present, this is a good pharmacy. Lately however, a man of obvious African descent has been the pharmacist. On my first experience of him, a week ago, he was rude, arrogant and condescending. It has gone downhill from there! This afternoon, he was all of the above, plus real, tangible hostility. I mean proper, irrational hostility. I don't know the moron at all, or why he would be like this, after I have gone out of my way over the last 2 years to stick with this pharmacy. To put it another way, I had to walk out immediately, as I could not contain my anger. DO NOT use this so pharmacy, if this person is the pharmacist. Go next door, or anywhere else for that matter. I will get my prescriptions elsewhere in future, no matter what. Once bitten, twice shy!!! So, a quick update. Around a month later, I retuned to the shop, as I could see through the window that Abdul was the pharmacist. I went in for a routine purchase. I was made to wait for 10 minutes or so, as apparently Abdul wanted a word. He then came out, to tell me that he was not going to serve me, unless I removed the above review. Not "I'm sorry that happened, can we work this out" . Nope. No apology at all, just a thinly veiled attempt to call me a liar, and an attempt to force me to recant my truthful review. You know, when you join this pharmacy, everything seems fine. I remember Abdul telling me that they would look after me, and sort out issues, lend small amounts of medicine during the inevitable surgery mess-up. But around 3 or 4 months ago, that is exactly what happened, but no help was forthcoming, even when I asked. He couldn't even be bothered to get up out of his chair to discuss it. Just a flat "no". The guy can't even get my name right, even when corrected. So, in summary, beware what this company promises. They are charlatans, they promise much, but never deliver. And if these idiots think they can bully me into silence, they are much mistaken.
Lloyds at Paulton have at least twice missed part of my prescription. Attempted to get the remaining part from several local chemists none seemed to have what I needed nor did they offered any help. MSN pharmacy was quick to serve but didn't have it either but not only did they order what I needed for the next day but rang me when it was in to save me a wasted journey. I think I'm going to transfer my business to them. Can't fault the service, top shop. Six star rating.
