I have been a loyal customer to this business for a number of years now. All members of staff are always polite, helpful and chatty. I always look forward to going in there. They have a range of beautiful products and are always willing to go the extra mile. Also very local for when you need a quick battery change!
Customer service from the woman manager was disgusting. It was their fault for not sending off an item to be fixed in time for Christmas and now they aren't even taking responsibility for it. If you ever use this business make sure THEY take down your correct details otherwise they will hold you at fault. I wouldn't personally use them again. The only useful thing about this business is that they're local - 1star.
Friendly knowledgeable staff - their helpful "can do" attitude makes visiting the shop a pleasure.
