Great atmosphere down there, receptionist are very polite and really friendly. Always smiling and ready to help. Brilliant facilities aswell.

Post-natal classes great for parents who want to get fit. Gym is usually nice and quiet in the mornings with plenty of extra space and facilities for different types of exercise in the toning and functional suites. My toddler loves the pool and park.
