I am a Quantity Surveyor who invited Somer 2000 to tender for extensive electrical works we were having done as part of our house renovation. Their pricing document was the most comprehensive and they spent time discussing with us the exact scope of works and understanding the project and our needs as a family with two young children who would be living in the house during the works. Not only did they consider what we needed as a family now, but also what the average family might need in years to come with the ever advancing aspects of modern technology, as you don't want to go through a house renovation every few years !. Because of the time they spent with us in understanding our requirements their price had no hidden extras or allowances for the unknown, which most companies would simply pocket at the end of the job. When it came to doing the works their electrician was excellent and had the patience of a saint, given all the questions my kids were asking.
