They're very poorly organised and I've never had an appointment that wasn't at least 30 minutes late.

I was registered with this dental surgery but I postponed a few check ups. Recently I had an emergency and they flatly refused to see me. The receptionist simply said they wont see me without even consulting the management . So they keep my personal data, refuse to see me, refuse to register me again as they say Im already registered. I had no formal notification or anything that they would not see me as patient so was thinking I have a dentist. How this can be allowed or a professional way to treat patients I dont know.

Didn't like being questioned about the work they recommend. Never had any teeth problems before so I wanted to to more about it but the dentist got very insulted when I asked her to explain why she felt I needed more than a check up. Seemingly healthy tooth broke into three piece not one week after the filling she said I needed. Endless trouble with my teeth ever since

I've moved alot and had to visit many Dentists around. I've also got a huge fear of needles. This dentist used numbing gel so I didn't feel the needles at all. Had 2 extractions & the young lady I saw was extremely friendly whilst being professional. Honestly couldn't have asked for better.

Like many people in this world, myself and my wife are no great fans of trips to the dentist. We were not happy with the service provided from our previous local dentist, so we we tried the Midsomer practice as an alternative. We have both been thoroughly impressed with the way our dental needs have been dealt with over the last year or so. It is a very professional set-up and we are both made to feel at ease. The main benefit that resonates with the both of us is the swift and non-patronising manner in which the practice works. The text/email reminder system is very useful, and the warm welcome you get upon arriving is very reassuring! If you are unhappy with your current dentist, we suggest you make the change!
